Responsibilities: The primary job responsibility of the Key Account Representative - Fresh is to act as the intermediary between the customer and KeHE. It is the responsibility of the Key Account Representative (KAR) to make sure the customers' needs are met by the company, and in doing so, increase sales and margins on a consistent basis. To do this, the KAR's communication skills must be very strong to both our external and internal partners. Qualifications: * * Bachelor's Degree required. * Two (2+) Years or more of previous experience in a similar role with respect to customer focus and retention. Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude: * Experience in the Food Industry a plus. * Flexible and intelligent. * Effective problem-solving skills. * Ability to multi-task with minimal director/Self-starter. * Hyper detail orientated. * Can-Do attitude. * Customer Focused. * Ability to own relationships with customers
