Responsibilities:
* Responsible for attaining or exceeding the annual sales budget for the assigned customers
* Communicates weekly to identify account priorities
* Responsible for inventory forecasts, sales administration of new items, resolving customer supply emergencies and everyday needs
* Has an integral role in new business pitches and holds responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
* Develops sales programs designed to achieve budgeted sales volume.
* Focuses on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail and internet
* Ability to build collaborative relationships.
* Customer/client orientation.
* Self-motivated.
* Account management skills.
* At least 3-5 years of related experience or combination of education and experience (BA degree preferred)
