				Overview:

This is an exciting time to join our international, fast-paced team in Austria! As our product portfolio grows, we are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor to our valued customers. This is a relationship management role with a clear focus on nurturing and expanding our existing business. 

Based in Austria, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 15 mid-sized companies across diverse sectors, including Transportation & Logistics, Retail, Manufacturing, and Healthcare. Your mission will be to deepen these partnerships, understand their evolving needs, and identify new opportunities to add value through our expanding range of hardware and software solutions.

This hybrid role is based out of our Vienna office. We offer a flexible schedule requiring at least one day in the office per week. For team members living further from Vienna, this can be adjusted to one day in the office every two weeks. The position involves significant travel of up to 50% to meet with customers at their locations throughout Austria, making a valid driving license an essential requirement.

Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for a dedicated portfolio of existing mid-sized customers.

* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships, positioning yourself as an indispensable partner to their business.

* Proactively uncover and develop new growth opportunities within your accounts by introducing solutions from our full hardware and software portfolio.

* Create and manage accurate sales forecasts and maintain diligent administrative records.

* Masterfully manage your own schedule and priorities to effectively serve your customers across Austria.

* Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends within the T&L, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors.

* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment on future goals.

Qualifications:

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
* A Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.

* Direct experience working with or selling into the T&L, retail, manufacturing, or healthcare industries.

* Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.

* Fluency in German and business-level proficiency in English are mandatory.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong autonomy with exceptional time management and organisational abilities.
