Credence has an immediate need for a Junior Task Manager expected to start Late Summer 2025. We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Task Manager to support and coordinate IT management services within a dynamic Department of Defense (DoD) environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in business or IT, a relevant certification in information security, and hands-on experience managing complex IT projects, particularly within Air Force or DoD enterprise infrastructure. Responsibilities: * Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing IT management tasks and projects. * Support senior task managers in overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. * Ensure compliance with DoD and Air Force governance, policies, and procedures. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and task execution. * Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. * Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies in coordination with senior leadership. * Maintain documentation and reporting in accordance with DoD standards. Qualifications: * Active Secret Security clearance * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. * Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or equivalent IAM/IAT Level 2 certification. * Minimum of 4 years of IT management experience, including: * Leading complex IT management services and projects. * Working within Air Force or DoD enterprise infrastructure environments. * Strong understanding of DoD governance, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance requirements. * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies. * Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and cloud-based infrastructure.
