Responsibilities:

Location: Barcelona 

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary mission is to generate qualified meetings with new customers for Italian Public sector / administration.

Your daily focus is cold calling, outreach via email and LinkedIn, and opening doors with decision-makers. 

* Key Responsibilities:
*  

* Outbound Prospecting: Proactively contact potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn 

* Meeting Generation: Identify interest and book qualified meetings

* Lead Qualification: Understand key needs and determine whether there's a potential fit 

* CRM Hygiene: Log all interactions and insights in the CRM system 

* Sales Collaboration: Share insights and help refine messaging and approach 

Qualifications:

* Some experience in B2B sales or outbound customer contact. Preferably in IT/technology environment but you can also have experience in call centers

* You're comfortable on the phone and enjoy sparking conversations from scratch 

* Strong communication skills - clear, structured, and empathetic 

* Interest in tech and social impact topics like digital accessibility 

* Self-driven, structured, and eager to hit targets 
* Fluent in Italian and English
