Junior Operations - Sales Support
SoftwareOne

Scope: Full time | Office: Mexico City | Hybrid

This role plays a key role in the Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery Model, offering early and direct access to clients. They have direct interactions with clients to ensure better end-to-end accountability for the respective quote process.

How a day-to-day would look like in this role

* Scoping, client query handling (on-catalogue) and quote creation through SoftwareOne Delivery CRM (OneWorkplace).
* Non-strategic renewal management (on-catalogue).
* Vendor engagement (on-catalogue).

Performance KPIs

*  Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
* Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance.
* Win rate quote to order.
* Number of cases.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, international affairs or related fields.
* Excellent English Skills (B2+ level: Written & Verbal).
* Preferred 1 years' experience Customer service experience.
* PC proficiency, and MS Office knowledge.

Desired Qualifications: 

* Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot).
* Exposure to North American clients and exchange programs.
* Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow).
* Understanding of software licensing models, cloud services, and SaaS procurement.

* Proactive and motivated to take initiative.
