Our engineers and technologists are critical to this and have the opportunity to apply their experience and skills to a wide variety of different industries, locations and projects Responsibilities: Responsibilities will vary depending on the department but may include: * Using your expertise to develop best-in-class engineering solutions for heavy lifting and transportation projects * Working with both conventional methodologies and developing new approaches * Developing drawings using AutoCad along with in-house software tools * Developing calculations, visualizations, manuals, risk assessments and other key documents * Ensuring efficient execution that delivers the right results for the customer Qualifications: Education & Experience * Experience in engineering operation practices and systems, Heavy lift and transport equipment, industry-relevant codes and standards * English, fluent proficiency verbal and written * Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining * 0-3 years of relevant work experience * A diploma in Engineering Technology * Eligible for registration with ASET as Technologist-in-training Characteristics of a Successful candidate: * Problem solver * Ability to work under pressure * Professional and independent worker * Excellent communication skills * Effective time management skills * Multi-task orientated * Client service-focused
