Role IntroductionAs our new Junior Digital Sales Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for SME clients, ensuring they receive consistent, high-quality support across all digital services. You will manage relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through renewals, while identifying opportunities to grow each account.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues, align solutions with client needs, and drive revenue growth. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with SME clients
* Act as the main contact for digital service needs, ensuring timely and effective solutions
* Develop and execute tailored renewal strategies, leading negotiations with clients
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using data insights and market knowledge
* Manage post-sales escalations, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues
* Maintain a deep understanding of each client's business to anticipate needs and opportunities
* Track account performance and optimize strategies based on key metrics
* Advocate for client needs internally and contribute to client success stories
Qualifications:
* Essential:
* Fluency in Italian and English
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Interest in digital sales and technology solutions
* Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into solutions
* Experience or exposure to customer relationship management
* Strong organizational and collaboration skills
Desirable:
* Experience in selling technology products or services
* Familiarity with data-driven sales approaches and account management tools
