Junior Contractmanager
Location: Schiedam
Fulltime: 40 hours per week
Mammoet is looking for an ambitious Junior Contractmanager to join our team in Schiedam. In this role, you will support contract management activities and gain valuable hands-on experience in an international environment. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners, helping to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those at the start of their careers who are eager to develop their skills in contract management.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts for global projects, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Support the tender process by reviewing, analyzing, and selecting contract forms that align with project needs.
* Work with project teams to identify potential contract risks, claims, and changes.
* Prepare summaries of key contract terms to support decision-making.
* Contribute to risk assessments by gathering and analyzing relevant contract data.
* Assist in developing subcontractor agreements that align with project requirements.
* Help resolve contract-related issues, ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical, commercial, or legal discipline.
* An eagerness to learn-prior experience is not required, but any relevant internship or academic exposure is a plus.
* Basic knowledge of contract law and risk management.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in Dutch & English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
* A proactive mindset and willingness to grow in an international environment.
