MPE is currently seeking a Junior Civil Engieer to join our team in our Lethbridge office.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities 

* Perform general project duties under the supervision of a Senior Engineer or Technologist;
* Complete modeling of infrastructure systems including water, wastewater and stormwater;
* Develop upgrades to address deficiencies;
* Prepare infrastructure assessments, reports, and cost estimates;
* Develop prioritization, phasing and capital plans;
* Prepare presentations of report content;
* Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules.

Qualifications:

What makes you unique

* BSc.in Civil Engineering;
* Eligibility for membership in APEGA;
* 0-3 years of municipal civil engineering experience, including but not limited to the design and assessment of:
* Water Distribution Systems;
* Wastewater Collection Systems;
* Stormwater Management Systems.

* Strong working technical knowledge of and experience in municipal hydraulic modelling and design;
* Familiar with completing infrastructure master plans, assessments and studies;
* Hydraulic analysis and modeling utilizing applicable software (SewerGEMS, WaterCAD, PCSWMM, etc.);
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
* Strong presentation, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
* Self-motivated, independent, and reliable with high attention to detail.
