				Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Business Development professional to join our team, focusing on the vibrant retail and hospitality sectors in Germany. This is a unique, dual-focus role perfect for someone eager to build a career in sales and account management.

You will dedicate part of your time to pure business development, mapping the market and hunting for new opportunities within major quick-service restaurant chains. The other part of your role will involve supporting, nurturing and expanding our business within large, established hotel accounts. This remote position offers a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and make a significant impact while working with some of the biggest names in hospitality.

This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to be based anywhere in Germany. The role requires a significant amount of travel, estimated between 20% and 50%, to meet with customers at their sites across the country. As such, a valid driving license is an essential requirement for this position.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the hospitality and large retail sectors.
* Collaborate with senior sales managers to help develop and execute strategic plans for account growth.
* Actively support the sales cycle by assisting with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
* Provide operational support for strategic accounts by coordinating with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams on customer projects.
* Help build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders by supporting customers onboarding, workshops, and ongoing communication.
* Ensure accurate tracking of account activities and sales data within the CRM system.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales or Marketing, Technology, or a related field
* 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales support, account management, or retail/hospitality technology. Internship experience in the technology or retail sectors is a plus.
* Fluency in German and business-level proficiency in English are essential.
* Knowledge of retail technology, POS systems, or mobile computing solutions, familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and experience working with large enterprise accounts is an advantage
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Interest in enterprise technology solutions
