What is the Associate Service Advisor Program (ASAP)?
ASAP is a 7-9 month, hands-on training program designed to develop the next generation of Service Advisors. Through real-world experience, mentorship, and structured learning, you'll gain the knowledge and confidence to grow your career in a high-demand industry.

Responsibilities:

* Write accurate, high-quality repair estimates aligned with company goals
* Educate customers on repair timelines, insurance processes, and safety procedures
* Guide customers through their repair experience with professionalism and care
* Help Crash Champions maintain top-tier DRP relationships and performance metrics
* Support total loss administration and customer communication
* Engage in continuous learning with support from your mentor and team
* Track your progress weekly and advance through program stages at a steady pace
