				Overview:

* Maintain and optimize the Jira Service Desk tool support with a connected database for hardware management.
* Implement new requirements for the Jira Service Desk, such as new types of services and field extensions, after consultation with the client.
* Utilize Application support and implement solutions independently after technical coordination.
* Maintain and optimize the tool support for hardware management.
* Ensure that only currently valid hardware can be ordered by creating and updating various reference configurations.
* Use corresponding systems in the Group and coordinate with component managers and other stakeholders.
* Enter data into the asset database.
* Develop and optimize interfaces for the tool support system, connecting it to other data sources and peripheral systems.
* Maintain, improve, and debug developed interfaces.
* Ensure compliance with IT regulations and guidelines of the Group.

Qualifications:

* Experience in data maintenance and management.
* Ability to create and update reference configurations.
* Experience in interface development.
* Knowledge of web-based systems, Jira projects, test bench management systems, and merchandise management systems like SAP.
* Ability to develop and implement solutions based on client requirements.
* Ability to coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills, adapts style accordingly and demonstrates an understanding of the audience's perspective.
