We are looking for you as:

Investor Relations Manager (gn)

Switzerland | Full-time preferred | Starting immediately

Responsibilities:

As part of the IR team, you will be responsible for communicating our financial and strategic narrative, managing investor interactions, and supporting executive leadership with market insights and analysis. You will play a key role in building trust and transparency with analysts, shareholders, and potential investors while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and disclosure requirements. Serve as a key point of contact for investors and analysts, ensuring clear and compelling communication of our equity story.

* Support the creation of quarterly and annual reports
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional investors and and sell side analysts
* Monitor market developments, benchmark peer performance, and analyze consensus estimates to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
*  Maintain and optimize our IR CRM system
* Coordinate meetings and logistics for roadshows, conferences, and other investor events such as Capital Market Days and Annual General meetings in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage and update content on our IR website
* Contribute to all IR activities with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Qualifications:

* A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, along with solid initial experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Equity Research, or a comparable finance function - ideally with exposure to publicly listed companies
* Familiarity with preparing quarterly results and annual reports
* Strong understanding of financial metrics such as P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs, and financial modeling
* Familiarity with capital markets, investor behavior, analyst engagement and valuation approaches
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance structures
* Interest in the tech industry and its market dynamics
* Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit
* High level of integrity when handling sensitive, non-public information
* A hands-on mentality and motivation to proactively drive things forward
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluent and precise communication in English
