Responsibilities:
* Support execution of the firm's investor relations strategy, including investor onboarding, communications, reporting, distributions, and responding to investor inquiries with a high level of service.
* Maintain and update investor-facing materials, CRM systems, and internal databases
* Assist in managing the firm's transactional pipeline and related workflows
* Support new investments through entity formation, EIN/tax ID procurement, and organizational chart development and maintenance - among other things.
* Assist in reviewing tax, insurance, and title/survey materials for new acquisition opportunities, as needed
* Contribute to the preparation of investment marketing materials for both internal and external use
* Coordinate with third-party partners, including lenders, legal counsel, and other service providers
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Acquisitions, Asset Management, Legal, and Management teams
* Provide ad hoc analysis, reporting, and operational support as needed
* Effectively communicate and interact with senior leadership

Physical Requirements:
* May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
* Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
* Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
* May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
* Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
Work Environment:
* This is an in office role based in Austin, Texas, requiring the associate to work in our corporate headquarters 5 days per week
* The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions
