Overview: CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, part of CommonSpirit Heath, a national nonprofit health system based in Englewood, Colorado. The faith-based system operates in 18 states and includes 103 hospitals. Additional services offered within the system are: long-term care, assisted and residential living communities, community health services organizations, home health agencies, and numerous outpatient facilities. Responsibilities: The Inventory Tech is an integral part of the Supply Chain department, playing a key role in shipping, receiving, ordering, counting, and distribution of supplies. * Restocks supplies and rotates inventory supporting accurate inventory levels, generating orders/requisitions as needed * Distributes medical supplies and equipment to patient care areas, while monitoring par levels for specific products to assure that appropriate levels are established in order not to affect patient care * Identifies excess inventory, returning stock and processing credits * Notifies supervisor of outdates or slow moving inventory * Participates in the put away and validation process of perpetual inventory items; issues and credits materials from the inventory management system * Responsible for maintaining clean and orderly stock locations, and labeling bins and handling requests to change pars Qualifications: * One year supply chain related experience or other related experience, Required. * High school diploma or GED, Preferred.
