Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining the parts and machine inventory for Prairie State Gaming (PSG) route offices and locations. The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
* Order necessary parts for gaming equipment
* Track inventory of all equipment throughout the state
* Reconcile all parts at the end of each month
* Create an inventory of used parts from decommissioned games
* Oversee the return and refurbishment of damaged or nonworking parts
* Learn and utilize the Mercury system
* Create and maintain an inventory of all coin-operated equipment
* Adhere to regulatory, department and company policies
* Projects a positive image of the company at all times
* Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner
* This position requires driving a company vehicle
* All other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
* Must be 21 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Minimum of 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
* Must have the ability to write reports and business correspondence
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational stills
* Must have the ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions
