Inventory Coordinator I
Responsibilities:

The role:

The Inventory Coordinator is accountable for managing inventory levels in accordance with budgetary guidelines and overseeing all store-related operations. This role requires frequent collaboration with various departments, both domestically and internationally. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support to Managers and assisting with the loading of media onto portable loaders.

Occasional travel to other locations may be required to support inventory control and ensure operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  Receipt and inspection of goods

  Dispatch and distribution of goods

  Effective inventory management

  Issuance of spare parts to the workshop

  Oversight of the repair cycle for parts

  Management of scrap part disposal

  Control of consumables and shelf-life sensitive stock

  Oversight of quarantine items

  Maintenance of records for batch control and item traceability

  General administrative duties

  Media loading for portable loaders

Skill/ Knowledge Requirements:

  Qualifications in inventory control

  Previous experience in managing inventory in an aviation maintenance environment is advantageous

  Knowledge / experience in working to aviation regulations is advantageous

  Previous experience in ESD controlled environments is advantageous

  Current NZ drivers' license

  Good working knowledge of MS office suite with emphasis on Excel and Word

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

* Ability to pass extensive security and background checks.
* Ability to lift, push or pull up to 70 pounds.
* Ability to work overtime when necessary.
* Ability to work holidays and any shift assigned.
* If located at an airport Base Station, employee must hold a valid driver's license and be able to meet the requirements of the airport authority for access and vehicle operation on their premises.
