Enterprise Holdings has an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Coordinator at our location in Decatur, AL. 

This entry level position is responsible for vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall vehicle control for the Remarketing department.

This is a fulltime position located at 2614 US-31, Decatur, AL 35603

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

* Check in vehicles with our Vehicle Inventory Control Devices (daily)
* Maintain vehicle control
* Lot organization - in a safe and efficient manner
* Maintain and organize key security
* Complete paperwork associated with repairs, pick-up and delivery of vehicles.
* Schedule minor repairs and coordinate pick-up and delivery
* Reconditioning duties and may build vendor relationships
* Perform basic maintenance check:  antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle
* Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Must have a Bachelors Degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
* Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration.  

* No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
