Overview: NOW HIRING: Inventory Control Specialist Location: Santa Ana, CA Full-Time | On-Site | $28-$34/hour Monday-Friday Schedule | Excellent Benefits | Key Logistics Role At KSI, we simplify the complex nature of operating modern swimming pools and water features. What You'll Do: * Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and perform system corrections * Oversee physical inventory audits, cycle counts, and year-end counts * Ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded in the system * Manage inventory at all locations, including mobile units * Process customer returns, warranty claims, and vendor credits * Create new item records and maintain stock levels * Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership * Develop and enforce SOPs for inventory control best practices * Support audits and provide inventory data to accounting for monthly close What You Bring: * 3+ years experience in inventory control * 2+ years warehouse and shipping/receiving experience * Previous experience in manufacturing, service-based, or assembly environments preferred * Proficient with inventory systems and basic reporting * High school diploma or GED required * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs What We Offer: * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits * Paid time off and paid holidays * 401(k) and profit-sharing plan * A supportive, team-oriented work environment If you're ready to take ownership of inventory accuracy and contribute to a high-performance team-apply today.
