Responsibilities:

New Salary!!

As an Interventional Cardiologist with us, you will receive: 

* $763,718 base salary plus incentive plan (does not include call or incentive pay)
* $30,000 student loan repayment
* $70,239 sign-on bonus
* $15,000 relocation assistance
* CME funds
* Flexible Time Away

General Details:

* Will be based out of Holy Cross Hospital - West Valley, but will also support Holy Cross Hospital - Jordan Valley and Holy Cross Hospital Salt Lake as needed
* 17 STEMIs average per month

* Cath lab- 5 person team, 4 RN, 1 Cardiovascular tech providing 24 hour coverage

* APP on hospital service each day
* Bread and butter community hospital interventional CV- acute coronary syndrome, acute stemi, acute non stemi.

* Hospitalist admit everything except STEMI

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

* Must have successfully completed a residency or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty.
* Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency ("DEA") registration;
* Be board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to Hospital;
* Obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system, at sponsoring institution
* Doctorate MD or DO required
* DR-Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Utah required

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
