This role is for Systematika, which is part of SoftwareOne. We are a leading company in the value-added distribution sector, specializing in providing advanced IT solutions for businesses of all sizes. We partner with the world's top technology manufacturers to deliver Italian companies the tools and services that optimize the management, security, and scalability of digital infrastructures. Our goal is to be a strategic partner for our clients, helping them grow through technological innovation.
We are looking for recent graduates or diploma holders ready to embark on a corporate internship within our Solution team. If you're passionate about business development and want to join a dynamic and innovative environment, this could be the opportunity you're looking for!
What You'll Do:
You will join the Multivendor & Service division. You will become part of the Solution team and will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in the areas of Cloud and innovative technologies.
You will learn to understand and later present our solutions to all our partners to promote digital transformation.
Also, you will acquire skills through a training program that, by the end of the project, will provide a foundation for your professional growth in IT as a Solution Specialist.
Qualifications:
* Diploma in technical IT disciplines or marketing/communication
* Motivation to learn about troubleshooting and problem solving
* Precision and attention to detail
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Interest in the IT world, especially cloud technologies
* Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems is a plus
* Fluent Italian and English language
* Strong interpersonal skills, good communication and organizational abilities, team working and problem solving
* Strong results orientation and proactivity
