GENERAL FUNCTION / OVERVIEW: Advantor Systems has an established presence throughout the Republic of Korea and has been designated the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) of choice by the US Army here in South Korea.Advantor has expanded to additional locations within the Pacific Region, not only with IDS, but also with access control systems (ACS) and video management systems (VMS) in Japan and the Philippines. This position is responsible for providing oversight and quality control for electronic security systems (IDS, ACS, CCTV) installations. This role ensures all work is performed in accordance with Company standards, contract requirements, and applicable laws and regulations, while achieving corporate targets such as revenue, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a willingness and desire to improve installation practices of different technologies, systems, and devices related to electronic security. THIS POSITION REQUIRES TRAVEL 100% OF THE TIME WITHIN AND OUTSIDE OF THE PRIMARY ASSIGNED REGION. Responsibilities: This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. KEY SPECIFIC DUTIES: * Provide pre-installation direction for install teams through joint review of project documentation * Maintain oversight of installation progress & provide technical support as required * Assist Installation Project Support Coordinator with online project administration * Provide project coordination assistance * Perform project lifecycle Quality Control with exceptional attention to detail to identify inconsistencies * Provide installer training and validate technician skillsets for continuous improvement * Verify processing of installation closeout documents * Lead Installer duty when performing installation activities * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Conducts inventory of materials * Cuts, bends, and installs conduit runs * Provides basic user instructions to customers and demonstrates proper use of system * Diagnoses and resolves issues with alarm systems and networks * Enters data into various documents, systems, and platforms * Installs low voltage cabling and wiring * Mounts electronic security devices to various surfaces * Connect device wiring to electronic security panel * Programs the security system utilizing software at the head end * Performs project closeout activities including conducting testing, repairing close-out documents including retrieval of reports, data entry into documents, and redline design drawings to reflect the "As Built" condition * Provides status updates and information to internal and external customers * Performs other duties as required and assigned Qualifications: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Four years of post-secondary education, technical school, or work experience in a relevant field * Ability to lift 50 Lbs. and maneuver 100 Lbs. * Ability to properly utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures in compliance with Company, Project, Customer, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements * Comfortable performing work at heights up to 50 Ft, using a ladder or high lift * Strong Computer Skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), Adobe, Visio, Teams, TeraTerm, and Salesforce / Krow. * Basic typing skills to ensure accuracy of data in closeout documents, emails, timecard, and expenses * Strong knowledge of circuitry and electrical knowledge, including low voltage electrical * Strong knowledge of various communications methods (copper, fiber, network) * Familiarity with regulations and standards related to Electronic Security Systems (AR 190-11, AFI 31-101, ESE-SIT-0001, ICD 705, UL 2050, ADA, NFPA 70, NFPA 101) * Provide guidance to installation team for interpreting design drawings, blueprints, and project plans * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Familiar with cable and wire pulling - low voltage electrical cable, CAT6 * Familiar with mounting devices to various surfaces (drywall, concrete, metal) * Exhibit professional appearance and conduct * Positive leadership, friendly attitude, with strong customer-satisfaction focus * Proficient in the use of hand and power tools * Punctual and reliable attendance CERTIFICATIONS (DESIRED): * High Lift Safety Certification is desired * Ladder Safety Training is desired * OSHA-10 Safety Certification is desired CLEARANCE: * Secret NOTES/REQUIREMENTS: * Cean background check and drug screening * Valid driver's license with clean driving record * Willing to travel 100% of the time within and outside of primary assigned region * Willing to work overtime as needed At V2X, we are deeply committed to both equal employment opportunity, including protection for Veterans and individuals with disabilities, and fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
