Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive primary care, focusing on preventive, acute, and chronic disease management for adult patients. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. * Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives, wellness promotion, and patient education. Qualifications: * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine * Eligible for or active South Carolina Medical License * Passion for high-quality, patient-centered care
