What You'll Do
Content Creation & Social Media
* Draft social and internal communications content aligned to brand voice
* Design or source compelling visual assets
* Support publishing schedules and channel execution
* Monitor engagement and summarize insights
Employee Stories & Culture Content
* Create success stories
* Develop team member and facility spotlight features
* Conduct interviews and transform conversations into compelling content
* Help increase publishing cadence and reduce backlog
Graphic Design & Campaign Support
* Design branded graphics for newsletters, employee apps, social channels, and campaigns
* Refresh existing visual materials
* Ensure brand consistency across all content
Analytics & Reporting
* Build monthly communications performance reports
* Analyze engagement metrics and trends
* Prepare polished, leadership-ready reporting materials
* Make recommendations based on performance data
Employee Engagement & Gamification
* Support engagement initiatives
* Help create creative gamification concepts
* Track participation and performance metrics
* Recommend ideas to improve engagement
Process Improvement
* Help document repeatable workflows and SOPs
* Support communication governance frameworks
* Build scalable processes that improve efficiency
Qualifications:
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Strategic Communications, Journalism or related field
* Strong writing and editing skills
* High attention to detail and organizational capability
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing engagement metrics
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe) preferred
