Overview: Looking for a paid Summer Internship opportunity? We are seeking top talent to join the Audit team! Our Internal Audit Internship Program is a 10-week, paid internship that primarily consists of the execution of assigned internal audit projects. Responsibilities: You Will . . . * Assist when needed with testing related to the Company's SOX 404 program including completing and documenting key process walk-throughs, testing controls, and assisting in remediation efforts * Assist with the completion of various interim external audit fieldwork * Reviewing, evaluating, and testing performance metrics of corporate functions and company operations, with an emphasis on accounting and finance processes or warehousing/transportation functions * Fully engage in all stages of financial, compliance and operational audits: "planning", "fieldwork", and "wrap-up." * Address and complete all review notes resulting from completed audit work * Provide meaningful communications to audit management * Complete research of technical and industry matters as required * Other duties as requested, including selected data analysis and administrative tasks * Travel may be required, but not to exceed 5% The Benefits * Hands-on experience in a corporate Audit environment * Mentorship from seasoned professionals * Networking opportunities with peers and leaders in the industry * Challenging position with a financially stable and reputable company * Paid opportunity to gain invaluable work experience * Work Environment: Corporate office environment with collaboration across Internal Audit and related teams. Learn more about Rollins careers as well as our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts on our careers page: www.careers.rollins.com Qualifications: The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements): Education, Training & Professional Experience: * Presently enrolled in an undergraduate or master's program in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or similar disciplines * Completed coursework in Auditing is a plus * A minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale is required * Relevant work experience is a plus * Local student to the Atlanta office Knowledge and Employment Standards: * Client service orientation and self-starting demeanor * High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement * Ability to work on teams as well as on individual assignments * Desire to gain professional experience; eager to learn; strong work ethic * Demonstrate foundational understanding of accounting and finance processes * Proven analytical ability and attention to detail * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication (verbal and written) skills * Proficient in using MS Office Suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Physical Demands / Working Environment: We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks.
