This summer, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Integrated Business Planning Team and contribute to the transformation of our planning processes.

Role Overview: As a Summer Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the implementation of new Integrated Business Planning processes across our enterprise. Integrated Business Planning integrates demand planning to supply planning - from customers to manufacturing plants and suppliers. You will work closely with our Commercial, Supply Chain, Production Planning, and Manufacturing teams to identify set up and implement a state-of-the-art business planning process. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and optimize and entire value chain.

Responsibilities:

* Support the development and implementation of new processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
* Assist in the documentation of new processes and ensure proper training for relevant team members.
* Build a virtual team of IBP ambassadors and support the change management process
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
* Participate in project meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.
* Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Support the communication activities, e.g., building intranet pages.

Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* A passion for problem-solving and innovation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 
* Experience of supply chain beneficial
* Data analysis experience, particularly using PowerBI and/or Celonis welcomed
