Overview:
The Marketing Department plays a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying customer needs and promoting products or services effectively. Its core functions include market research to analyze trends and competition, brand management to enhance company reputation, and advertising campaigns to attract target audiences. The team also develops pricing strategies, manages digital/social media presence, and coordinates sales promotions. Responsibilities:
* Market Research & Analysis
Conduct competitor benchmarking and customer insights research to identify product opportunities and positioning strategies.
* Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution
Develop launch plans, sales enablement materials (e.g., pitch decks, FAQs), and coordinate cross-functional GTM activities.
* Content Creation
Produce compelling product messaging, website copy, case studies, and promotional collateral aligned with brand guidelines.
* Sales & Channel Support
Train sales teams on product USPs, handle objection handling frameworks, and optimize distribution channel strategies.
* Performance Tracking
Monitor KPIs (conversion rates, campaign ROI) and iterate marketing tactics based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
* Major in Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Material Science, Food engineering, or other related major.
* Basic knowledge of market research, data analysis, or digital marketing tools
* Creativity and problem-solving mindset.
* Strong willing to learn, positive attitude and have sense of commitment.
* Strong communication (English + local language) and teamwork abilities.
