				Overview:

Waters Corporation is always looking to hire outstanding future talent for our company. The IT Infrastructure & Operations team is looking to hire a summer intern out of our Milford office. This internship is a phenomenal opportunity to gain real-world experience while working at the world's leading specialty measurement company. This internship will last approximately ten weeks and the program will commence in the spring/summer of 2025.

Responsibilities:

* Working with the Agile project team to deliver End User Enhancements and IT Onboarding Improvements
* Analysis of User roles
* Collaboration with Business users
* Creation of User Personas
* Testing of Automation
* Documentation
* Creating Process Flows for Software and System access requests
* Basic troubleshooting

Qualifications:

* Office 365
* IT Ticketing system, Jira, ServiceNow
* Working within a Project team
* Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.
