Responsibilities:
Principais atividades
* Dar suporte às rotinas do time de Customer Success;
* Subir e configurar promoç es e campanhas nos sistemas internos;
* Preparar apresentaç es com indicadores e resultados;
* Coletar e organizar dados para apoiar análises;
* Realizar conciliaç es de dados para clientes;
* Elaborar relatórios para acompanhamento das atividades da área.
Qualifications:
O que buscamos
* Estudantes de Administraç o, Economia ou Engenharias (formaç o para Dezembro/2027);
* Excel avançado e PowerPoint intermediário;
* Inglês é desejável, mas n o obrigatório (a Todo oferece curso de inglês);
* Perfil analítico, organizado, colaborativo e comunicativo.
