Responsibilities: Your main responsibilities * Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules * Prepare concept, detailed, and tender-ready designs for civil infrastructure projects * Develop designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D, including developing corridors, site grading, and design surfaces * Produce quantity takeoffs and support cost estimating * Perform constructability reviews and identify design improvements * Analyze project data and prepare technical reports * Coordinate with engineers and project managers to meet project requirements * Ensure designs align with applicable standards, specifications, and guidelines * Participate in client and project meetings * Support project delivery within established budgets and timelines * Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams Qualifications: What makes you unique * Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology * Professional designation or eligibility with APEGNB or certification with NBSCETT * Minimum 5 years of relevant civil design experience * Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite * Experience in municipal servicing and site development projects * Strong understanding of applicable codes, standards, and design practices * Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Demonstrated commitment to health and safety practices * Experience with site inspections, hydraulic design, or modelling is an asset
