Responsibilities: * Contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects, which includes: * Water and wastewater treatment facilities. * Water pump stations, reservoirs, and distribution systems. * Wastewater lift stations and collection systems. * Stormwater management systems. * Urban and rural transportation infrastructure * Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful execution, for small to medium-scale municipal projects with support from senior team members. * Prepare technical reports, proposals, and engineering documentation. * Pursue and secure water and wastewater projects by engaging in other business development initiatives. * Manage feasibility and piloting studies, environmental, capacity and condition assessments, and risk evaluations. * Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment and compliance. * Conduct on-site reviews for Quality Assurance and construction supervision. Qualifications: What makes you unique * Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. * A minimum of 5 years of experience in municipal engineering. * Registered as a P.Eng. with APEGS or equivalent from out of province. * Familiarity with Civil 3D or similar civil design tools. * Proficiency in civil infrastructure design. * Strong understanding of municipal standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in Saskatchewan. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to project sites.
