Interior Design and Construction Manager

				Overview:

Responsibilities:

Responsible for management of assigned projects within the annual construction and equipment budget. Will be responsible for project implementation and collaborating with internal colleagues and outside contractors for successful project completion for Infirmary Health owned or leased space. This individual manages all aspects of interior projects, working closely with site customers, maintenance, contractors, architects, engineers and interior designers. Provides interior design and space planning for certain renovation projects from concept through construction. Also specifies and purchases furniture, artwork, decorations and interior signage.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

* Baccalaureate degree in Interior Design or related field or equivalent experience
* 3-5 years' prior experience in construction or interior design 
* Knowledge of building codes, OSHA and ADA
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical data 
* Self-Ambulation in order to visit job sites, ability to walk on stairs, ladders, and visit dusty environments is required 
* Working knowledge of efficient renovation techniques and applicable codes, regulations and ordinances.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, basic computer skills in word, excel, PowerPoint, and outlook

Licensure/Registration/Certification:

* ASID, NCIDQ

Desired Qualifications:

* 10+ years of experience in the design field
* 5+ years of healthcare related experience
* 3D interior rendering experience
