We're currently seeking an Interior Design Project Coordinator

4+ Years previous related experience

Position Summary:

Assists the Interior Design Team by coordinating the production and quality of project deliverables for small to mid-sized projects. 

Handles multiple projects and has responsibility for ordering furnishings/materials and coordination through construction based on design drawings.

EP's Design Team is known for creating exceptional amenities spaces for our luxury residential portfolio, that emphasizes a "hotel living experience."

We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to work in our collaborative team environment.

You will be responsible for projects such as model homes, corporate suites, and amenity spaces, including resort-style pools, state-of-the-art fitness centers, game rooms and more!

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and actively manage budgets, quality standards, and project communications/documentation to maintain project schedules
* Perform administrative tasks, including creating proposals, purchase orders, and invoices, as well as tracking orders and shipments
* Manage and maintain all project binders, files, correspondence, drawings, and related documentation
* Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and receiving warehouses to ensure timely installation
* Oversee logistics related to furniture delivery, setup, and removal within designated timelines
* Conduct field measurements and verification
* Make site visits during design and construction phases, as needed
* Provide construction support and oversee installation to ensure design compliance
* Develop project specification and closeout books
* Manage and respond to property-related needs or service requests
* Assist other departments or teams with special projects
* Enforce and adhere to established design standards and procedures
* Collaborate regularly with Interior Designers and other project stakeholders

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:

* Required Education - Interior Design certificate
* Preferred Education - CIDA accredited Bachelor
* Required Software - AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite
* Additional Preferred (but not required) Software - Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp
* Project Management experience preferred.
* People Management experience preferred.
* Ability to influence/collaborate with others including internal resources, vendors, and remote teams.
