One California Responsibilities: As our Nursing Manager, you will be a dynamic leader, guiding and empowering our nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care through continuous growth and operational excellence. Every day, you will lead and mentor Registered Nurses, oversee clinical operations, and advocate for patient and team needs, driving professional development and achieving unit goals. To be successful in this role, you will embody accountability and confidence with superior communication skills for all interactions. You'll skillfully navigate challenges, ensuring individual performance and overall unit success. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience. One (1) year of leadership experience Education: BSN or equivalent education and experience. Licensure: CA RN License BLS - American Heart
