Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Chief Integrations Officer (CIO) and the Working Team to develop integration plans and timelines for acquisitions, prioritizing activities and managing workstreams.
* Partners with cross-functional stakeholders during the due diligence process to assess business capabilities, identify integration risks, and inform strategic decision-making.
* Maximize utilization of project management tools and templates to support a seamless, organized, and efficient integration process.
* Develop strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, management, corporate staff and peers.
* Identify needs and deploy resources to meet goals and target completion dates.
* Facilitate effective, open communication across all parties to build trust and respect.
* Lead the activities of cross-functional teams, including the Integrations Resource Team, ensuring coordination and collaboration across departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations, IT, and Marketing).
* Work with subject matter experts to identify cross-functional dependencies and risks.
* Assist with the development of a communication and change management plan for employees and stakeholders.
* Assist with the development of a talent retention plan for key employees.
* Regularly conduct effective integration team and one-on-one meetings.
* Document lessons learned from each integration and lead continuous improvement of integration management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
* Consistently evaluate the culture and business environment of the acquired company, identifying gaps and areas requiring attention. Solicit engagement from appropriate internal experts and resources.
* Identify the need to escalate concerns to CIO and do so in a timely manner.
* Maintain open line of communication with the CIO, providing regular updates of integration activity.
* Ability to travel on a monthly basis to one of our Colliers Engineering & Design offices.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Program/Project Management or similar field.
* Five (5) years of experience leading acquisition integrations.
* Five (5) years of experience working within the AEC industry or similar professional service.
* Significant experience working with corporate business functions.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar preferred.
* Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
Compensation: $85,900 to $150,700 per year (depending on qualifications)
