Responsibilities:
Empower AI: As an Integrated Test Environment Facility (ITEF) Distribution Operations Specialist, you will provide services in support of the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) on the Army Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN-A) Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) contract. As a member of the ITEF team, you will support NETCOM's isolated test and development enclave used to support CCRM operations, security implementation, interoperability, Tier III break/fix operations for current and emerging enterprise capabilities. Responsibilities encompass facility maintenance to include HVAC, power, rack allocation, remote access, and physical security. The ITEF consists of physical and virtualized servers that replicate operational DoDIN-A systems. Some systems built in the ITEF are enduring while others are ephemeral.
Highlights of Responsibilities:
* Provide Logistics Support Services.
* Complete required training for Global Combat Support System-Army access.
* Maintain hardware database/spreadsheet detailing all ITEF assets and all GFE issued.
* Maintain current rack elevation records for ITEF.
* Assist with cyclic asset inventories (25% quarterly), to include locating and documenting the status all equipment required by each inventory.
* Ensure all paperwork is provided to Government for annual inspection.
* Complete and provide all paperwork required for any turn in items, lateral transfers, RMA's, and received items.
* Assist with degauss and/or destruction of hard drives pulled from equipment for turn in.
* Assist ITEF customers with shipping and receiving equipment needed to complete their mission.
* Coordinate with Property Book Office for any items for turn in and/or pick up.
* Provide Configuration Management Services.
* Track and maintain the configuration management and configurable items of physical network connections, operating system products, and applications supported as part of the core laboratory baseline.
* Maintain baseline software, software configuration or build documentation, software version information, and test plans for ITEF core capabilities, as approved by the DoDIN-A CAB.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
* Secret Security Clearance
* Bachelor's degree
* 4 - 9 years of experience
* Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products.

* CCNA certification
* Commvault Certified Professional certification
* VMware Horizon 8.x Professional Certification
* Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) certification
* VMware Certified Professional Data Center Virtualization 2024 certification
* CE Certification: DISA ACAS Training certification
* ITIL v4 Foundations certification
* Security+ certification
