Qualifications: * Educational Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field. * Licensure Requirements: Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). * Experience working in an integrated care setting preferred but not required. * Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills with a focus on brief, solution-focused therapy. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with primary care providers. * Comfortable with using telehealth technology for remote patient care. * Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and patient populations. * Commitment to providing culturally competent and trauma-informed care. * Will attend work regularly and on time, as scheduled.
