Qualifications: Education and/or Experience * Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field. * Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Skills: * Experience working in an integrated care setting preferred, but not required. * Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills with a focus on brief, solution-focused therapy. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with primary care providers. * Comfortable with using telehealth technology for remote patient care. * Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and patient populations. * Commitment to providing culturally competent and trauma-informed care. * Will attend work regularly and on time, as scheduled
