				Overview:

Responsibilities:

Provides assistance to the manager by working complex patient access account issues and bringing accounts to resolution. Assists with training new patient access staff. 

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Demonstrates written, interpersonal, or communication skills as appropriate to position

Working knowledge of insurance related regulatory requirements
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
