Overview:
The Instructional Designer will report to the Director of Field Training Programs and will be responsible for developing learning materials and assets for clinical and non-clinical employees.
Responsibilities:
* Design, build, populate, improve and maintain educational materials and assets based on client needs.
* Utilize virtual and web-based solutions (tools; resources) fostering the development of online based learning programs. (RISE; Storyline, Vyond etc.)
* Project Management skills including building credibility and rapport with key Subject Matter Experts
Qualifications:
Education
* Undergraduate or graduate level degree in I/O Psychology, Instructional Design or a related field.
Experience
* Minimum of three years' professional instructional design and/or project management experience, preferably in a Healthcare related field.
Licenses/Certifications
* None required.
