Installation Coordinator - provides administrative and operational support to the Installation Consultants.

For compliance purposes for NYS transparency, the expected salary range is $25.00 - $30.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law

Job Description
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
* Respond to customer inquiries, process deposits, and confirm installation details.
* Assist Installation Consultants by handling follow-ups, lead tracking, and customer communication.
* Place and track special and daily material orders.
* Schedule installation crews and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring all customer and job information is complete.
* Upload and organize documents related to sales, orders, and installations.
* Answer and direct phone calls, handling customer, vendor, and sales staff inquiries.
* Communicate with installation crews to confirm schedules and job site readiness.
* Address scheduling conflicts and troubleshoot material shortages.
* Support social media efforts by collecting installation photos and customer testimonials
* Coordinate materials delivery and arrange for job site necessities
* Monitor supplier and vendor communications to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications:
Installation Coordinator
To perform this job successfully:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED/Trade School) a plus
* NYS Drivers License
* Customer service experience in a sales or home improvement environment is a plus.
* Frequent standing and heavy lifting routinely required
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with CRM software and office administration preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
