				Responsibilities:

GTF is seeking an Inspector to join our Construction Services team in Marlton, NJ. This position requires regular attendance in the South region of New Jersey.

What you'll be challenged to do:

As an Inspector, you will perform quality assurance inspections on major roadway projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and GFT's Quality Management Protocols (QMP).

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in coating application and inspection on bridge-related projects. You'll play a vital role in maintaining structural integrity and safety while representing Gannett Fleming and our client in a professional and proactive manner.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

* Perform in-process and hold-point Quality Assurance oversight for bridge rehabilitation/roadway projects.
* Complete daily inspection reports to document work progress and compliance.
* Act as a representative of the client and GFT, maintaining professionalism in both appearance and communication.
* Be onsite during contractor work activities, ensuring adherence to approved procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: 

* High School Diploma.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in inspections on roadway/bridges projects.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for project site visits.

* Strong understanding of construction drawings, and referenced technical standards.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and coordination.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Windows for documentation and reporting.
* Ability to travel and work flexible schedules, including night shifts and  overtime.
* Physically capable of working outdoors in various conditions, maneuvering challenging terrain, and passing a medical evaluation.

Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is $40.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on experience and geographic location.
