Overview:
-As a Technical Inside Salesperson, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them with their custom rubber product needs. You will work closely with the sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure that each customer receives the right solution, on time and within budget. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing personalized support throughout the sales process.
* Technical Support: Advise customers on product specifications, performance, and applications based on their unique needs. Work with the engineering team to ensure that customer requirements are clearly understood and met.
* Sales Coordination: Prepare and submit quotes, follow up on quotes, and manage customer orders.
* Customer Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
* Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience: Experience in inside sales, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
* Technical Aptitude: Understanding technical concepts, product design, and manufacturing processes.
* Sales Skills: B2B sales experience and building long-term customer relationships.
* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
* Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries, orders, and deadlines without sacrificing accuracy or customer service.
* Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the rubber manufacturing or industrial products industry.
* Familiarity with basic engineering concepts. Including understanding mechanical drawings/blueprints.
