Overview: Execute and maintain a high level of support to RSM's pre/post sales activity to ensure accurate information is processed for future sales and quotes Responsibilities: Sales Support Activities * Supporting the sales team with quote generations * Supporting the sales team to maintain their pipeline in salesforce.com, updating data once leads and customers are entered by RSM * Help sales team review and confirm BDL (cost) and specs * Complete order package and submit to operations to process. * Maintain sales item inventory * Communicate with factories to obtain the information that sales team requests in order to provide the customer with any details needed to secure a sale Processes * Keep up customer screening document process in salesforce.com Support sales team as needed. * Maintain the documentation sent by factory, save in appropriate folder within timely manner. Share the information as needed * Maintain the documentation used for various sales activities. Education & Experience: * Business Management Degree required/preferred or equivalent experience in a similar work environment * 3-5 years of inside sales, admin experience preferred * Proficient in MS Office applications * Accustomed to a fast-paced work environment. * Knowledge of Excel, SAP and Salesforce strongly preferred Problem Solving: * Ability to generate quotes using technology and other resources * Multi-Tasking with time management * Excellent attention to detail * Motivated to trouble shoot and solve issues with little assistance Communications: * Excellent communication both written and verbal, will communicate frequently with internal and external customers/ partnering to provide an end sales solutions * Fluent in Japanese (read, write and speak) Other Requirements: Other duties as assigned, Travel - 5% Benefits & Perks - What's In It For You Panasonic is committed to supporting your total wellbeing through a wide variety of benefits and wellness programs to support your physical, emotional, financial, social, and environmental health.
