Pay: $24.00-$30.00/hour (Based on experience)

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Inside Sales Customer Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a customer-focused individual with strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach to service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
* Provide expert guidance on pool-related products and assist customers in identifying appropriate solutions
* Accurately process sales orders, quotes, and product returns in a timely manner
* Assist in receiving, stocking, pulling, and shipping product as needed
* Manage warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
* Collaborate with internal teams, including inventory, shipping, and operations, to ensure seamless order fulfillment
* Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and transaction documentation
* Provide delivery estimates based on vendor production and logistics timelines
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or customer service (pool or aquatics industry experience preferred)
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds with a dolly
* Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, or construction is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rate: $24.00-$30.00/hour (commensurate with experience)
