Overview: We have exciting opportunity for technically savvy individual to join our newly build Inside Sales Centre of Excellence in a heart of London. This role will require knowledge of French language and 5 days a week attendance to our London office. Working along side Inside Sales Account Managers, you will play a key role in developing the technology strategy and solutions for the accounts assigned to the Inside Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to provide technical expertise on a wide range of products and support defining the integration within the customer's technical environment. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions. * Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. * Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes. * Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors. * Participate in sales meetings and training sessions. * Develop and deliver technical onboarding for the new members of the Inside Sales team. * Provide technical updates to the team * Stay connected with the Sales Engineers across EMEA.
