Overview:
CORT is looking for an enthusiastic Rental Consultant to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a team member who can build client relationships and generate furniture rental agreements in the showroom, on the telephone, e-mail, social media, and with our on-line customers. Rental Consultants spend their day helping people who are in transition by assisting them in selecting furniture, arranging for delivery and answering questions from those that want to learn more about what CORT does, and aiding people at a time when they need a friendly face and voice on the phone.
As an in-market Rental Consultant (RC) you will support inbound sales and service inquiries from customers through inbound calls, chat, SMS, and cases. This role is responsible for updating and maintaining customer records in our CMR, achieving sales and service goals while providing customers with an exceptional experience. In addition, in market RC's have added responsibility for coverage of a rental showroom location.
This is a full-time, onsite position, performed from the CORT showroom.
Pay: $26.00-27.00 / per hour.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the lease project life cycle from quote to lease execution.
* Enter all transactions in V2 for specific Region.
* Utilize technology as selling tools, i.e. CORT.com.
* Must enter and track all activity in Salesforce.
* Meet productivity goals and standards while working with internet customers.
* Utilize professional communication skills with customers to uncover and fullfill their needs.
* Manage relationships with new and existing B2C and B2B clients.
* Keeps all stakeholders updated with current information and paperwork.
* Provide logistical support for CORT District with local building/client as needed.
* Coordinate with internal rescources (Customer Service, Operations) to fullfill the lease requirements.
* Participate in one-on-ones with managers and group meetings as required.
* May require collaboration with the Asset Management team to mobilize inventory.
* Provide backup support for other team members as needed.
* Assist customers and utilize selling skills, product knowledge, and added value selling to gain commitments from them to utilize CORT's services.
Qualifications:
* Consulting, customer service, and/or sales experience (inside or outside)
* Proficient computer skills
* Multitask well and are adaptable to change in a fast-paced role
* Have experience engaging successfully with many types of clients
* Prior experience in multi-housing, retail, hospitality, home staging, or furniture sales (not required, but a plus)
