Overview: Now Hiring: Inside Sales Administrator Location: Santa Ana, CA (In-Office) Pay: $32-$33 per hour Full-Time | Monday-Friday Aquafinity is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Administrator to support our sales and service teams. In this role, you'll help prepare quotes, process sales orders, coordinate installation schedules, and serve as a key communication link between sales representatives, vendors, and customers. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and organize sales quotes and proposals with outside sales representatives * Process sales orders, bids, and purchase contracts * Track vendor orders and communicate updates to customers * Coordinate installation schedules with service teams and customers * Follow up on open quotes, bids, RFPs, and RFQs * Maintain accurate customer files and documentation * Research and resolve order or quote issues as needed Qualifications * Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience in sales support, estimating, or order processing is a plus Benefits * Medical and dental benefits * Paid time off and paid holidays * 401(k) with profit-sharing plan * Stable Monday-Friday schedule
