At SoftwareOne, we empower organizations to transform their technology landscape. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through proactive engagement.

The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts through inside sales activities. You will ensure customer satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Proactively hunt for new CSP customers.
* Initiate and conduct outbound calls to qualify clients' interest in cloud solutions.
* Identify and build sales opportunities, generate leads, and finalize sales.
* Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors.
* Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities generated.
* Manage the database with a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
* Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines.
* Attend weekly meetings with the sales team to update information.
* Liaise effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Contribute to team success by sharing and implementing ideas based on standard processes.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in initiating and conducting outbound calls to qualify clients' interest in cloud solutions.
* Demonstrated ability in identifying and crafting sales opportunities, producing leads, and closing sales for CSP.
* Experience hunting for new CSP customers.
* Work experience between 2 to 5 years in a similar role.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage a database with a high degree of accuracy.
* Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
* Ambitious, self-motivated, and determined to achieve targets.
